Niroopa has held senior roles at companies like Media24, Hewlett Packard, and AngloGold Ashanti, where she specialized in aligning strategy with operations, streamlining logistics, and driving organisational change. Her expertise combines technical implementation with strategic leadership, making her an asset for companies navigating growth, innovation, or operational restructuring.

Shivaan Ramtahal

Shivaan is an experienced Category Manager and strategic sourcing professional with a BCom Honours in Investment Management and a strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain optimisation. As Director of Ramtahal Strategic, he offers expert consulting in procurement, strategic planning, and project delivery. With hands-on experience across sectors like food manufacturing, steel, insurance, and consulting, Shivaan has managed both direct and indirect spend portfolios. His analytical approach and practical experience in supplier relationship management, cost optimisation, and change implementation make him a valuable partner for businesses seeking to improve sourcing efficiency and unlock value across their supply chain.

Andrej Skrbinsek

Andrej is a versatile business associate and project management professional with a Master of Science in Project Management and a strong foundation in economics, operations, and digital transformation. With hands-on experience in financial analysis, business system optimisation, and project support across the mining, energy, and property sectors, Andrej combines analytical thinking with practical execution. He has contributed to projects with major clients like Eskom and Anglo American, developed professional training materials, and managed financial tools like Power BI and Xero.
